Our services

Reception

Our team is happy to welcome you 24 hours a day to answer all your questions.

Your room is available from 12:00 p.m., check-out is until noon.

If you wish to benefit from an early check-in or a late check-out, subject to availability, a supplement of €25 will be charged.

Our hotel is full? Come anyway, we are not immune to cancellation and we are doing everything we can to find another establishment to accommodate you if necessary.

Parking

Our private underground parking is available without reservation at a rate of €11 per night.

Move

Our establishment encourages greener mobility, tram tickets are available from reception at the same price as at the Stas terminals: €1.60 for 1.5 hours of travel valid on the entire Stas network.

Vélivert locations and cycle path maps are available from reception.

On simple request to reception, we will take care of booking a taxi for you or organizing your transfers to Lyon Saint Exupery airport offered by our service provider Totoom which has fully equipped and 100% electric Mercedes vehicles.

Lost and Found

Think you forgot something?

Don't worry, found items are kept for one year in our establishment and can be returned to you on site or sent by post.

Shipping costs are your responsibility.
